UTX - FULL BODY

45 minutes broken down into short, strengthening rounds of hot, HIIT pilates. UT = Up Tempo. UT means up-tempo music, focused strengthening rounds mixed with high intensity cardio, and mindful integration. WE move with the breath. We move with the beat - and of course in the heat. Let's sweat.

DTX - LOWER BODY

45 minutes is broken down into short, strengthening rounds of hot, HIIT Pilates. We use resistance bands, blocks or gliders to target legs and glutes with 45mins of lower impact, high intensity strength training. We move with the breath. We move with a slower beat - and of course in the heat. Let's sweat.

DTX - UPPER BODY

45 minutes broken down into short, strengthening rounds of hot, HIIT Pilates. We use resistance bands, blocks or gliders to target arms, core, obliques and back with lower impact, high intensity strength training. We move with the breath. We move with a slower beat - and of course in the heat. Let's sweat.
