THE MAT MX’S DEEP STRETCH
We relax our nervous system by moving gently and slowly, staying in each pose for 3-5 minutes to help release, and relax with the help of healing sound bowls.
We move gently and slowly through a Yin inspired yoga sequence, staying in each pose for 3-5 minutes to calm the nervous system. We finish with savasana and healing sound bowls to harmonize and deeply relax both mind and body.
